About the Brand:
Kindsein is a charitable initiative that provides free school bags to underprivileged children, ensuring they have the educational tools they need. The event brings the community together to make a positive impact in the lives of children in need.

My Role:
As the Project Manager for the Exhibition Build Team, I was responsible for the end-to-end process of designing, building, and installing the exhibition at Kindsein 2024. From initial concept to final setup, I played a pivotal role in bringing the booth to life.

  • I managed the entire process of the exhibition, from design to installation, ensuring everything was completed smoothly and on time.

  • I designed the exhibition booth, making sure it aligned with the brand's vision and created a welcoming, functional space for visitors.

  • I coordinated between the client, vendors, and suppliers, keeping everything aligned with the project requirements and timelines.

  • I led the installation of the booth, overseeing every step to ensure the setup was done properly, with attention to detail.

  • On the day of installation, I supervised the team to ensure the booth was set up as planned, handling any issues that arose on-site with quick problem-solving.

SECA is an influential trade fair focusing on medical technologies, where healthcare professionals and companies gather to showcase and discover the latest innovations in the field of healthcare and medical devices.

My Role:
I provided design support for the SECA 2024 exhibition booth, helping to conceptualize the visual elements to create an impactful and professional design.

  • I contributed to the overall visual concept, ensuring the exhibition booth represented SECA's brand identity effectively.

  • I assisted in planning the layout to ensure the booth was functional, accessible, and visually aligned with the brand.
